An AR-enabled lunar helmet using myoelectric control to provide hands-free navigation and real-time mission data for astronauts.

Overview
This project designs an AR-enabled helmet for future lunar exploration. The helmet displays real-time navigation, environmental data, and task information directly in the astronaut’s view, helping them work more safely and efficiently in harsh lunar conditions like dust storms, radiation, and microgravity.
To make interaction easier while wearing bulky space gloves, I introduced myoelectric control, which uses muscle signals to operate the interface hands-free. Through UI experiments and ergonomic studies, the project explores how wearable technology can improve usability and safety in space missions.
